Hey y'all! So, I know that our bodies are temples and that we need to take care of them. I'm trying to take better care of my body, so that I'll be ready to do whatever Christ calls me to do. I know that diet is a pretty big part of your health. So as silly as this sounds, I was wondering if you guys had any easy(ish) healthy recipes/tips you could share? Thanks!

    Hey this is not silly at all! It's important to want to take care of the body God gave you so you can be the best tool for Him to use. We all love fun recipes and healthy options...have you checked out our Pinterest site?? We have some on there as well as on our individual Pinterest profiles as well. That's where I find and organize all my favorite healthy (and some not so healthy) options. As far as easy...with traveling and moving around so much I love easy meals that only take one pot and and can be full of yummy healthy ingredients. Get creative. try new mixtures, like quinoa, Kale, lemon and chicken in one dish. Hope that helps! ~Kelsey AGLM
