Hey there girls! As you may know from reading Kelly’s last post, she will be taking the rest of the year off for a much needed break. Kelly and I have always felt that if this blog became any less than a blessing to us, we would need to step aside and refocus and refresh until the Lord was able to bring it to that place in our hearts once again. I’m so happy for Kelly that she can take this time to be with her family and temper herself before the Lord and just enjoy being with Him.
That being said, Kelly’s hiatus has left a huge gap in our hearts as well as on the blog. For this reason, we’ve called in one of our dearest friends Allison Bentley to come and fill in for Kelly while she is away. We’ve known Allison as a friend and partner in ministry for several years now, and we love her more than words. She too has a passion for young women and a desire to speak real truth into your lives. I could really go on and on about how much we adore this girl, but instead, I’ll let her tell you a bit about herself. So AGLM’ers…….. meet Allison.

Right now I am privileged to be on staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for
Christ) where I get paid to invest in college and high school girls
for the sake of the Gospel….it’s pretty much the best job! I am also
a part of a great church called the Summit that is all about Jesus and
engaging people in the mission. I am so passionate about getting to
know people! I am so excited that Heather and Kelly have given me this
opportunity to be a part of “A Girl Like Me”. It’s by far one of my
